They usually have good barbers. Only this time the guy (Hispanic I believe from Venezuela)at the front desk was a jerk. He wasn’t very hesitant to help and he was basically trying to push us away. We just wanted to know if there was a barber avialable and he didn’t even asked the barbers. One of them heard the conversation and offer to do the service.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my 14 year old son here for a haircut and my son came out crying due to the treatment that he received from the barber. Completely unprofessional and RUDE. The haircut looks horrible and my son doesn’t even want to go to school this week because he’s embarrassed at how terrible his haircut is. We’ve been to this barber shop before and dealt with another barber. Never had this issue before. With the other barber, the cut is always $15 and we give $5 tip. Today, they gave my son the worst cut ever, treated him like trash, and charged $20. I will never be return to this place. I took my 14 year old son here for a haircut and my son came out crying due to the treatment that he received from the barber. Completely unprofessional and RUDE. The haircut looks horrible and my son doesn’t even want to go to school this week because he’s embarrassed at how terrible his haircut is. The owner was rude, did not acknowledge us when we walked in and he was at the front counter. The barbers ignored us as well and began speaking Spanish and looking at us as soon as we walked in. Immediately got the feeling that they didn’t want us there because of our race. Waited over 30 minutes for a barber to approach us to see if we were interested in him cutting my sons hair. It was one of the best haircuts my son has ever had and I appreciated the young mans decency. I would not recommend this barbershop due to the staffs rude and unprofessional behavior.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 2 years and is absolutely amazing (my wife also gets her hair done here). Owners are very kind, coffee available, good environment and the most important part is the professionalism from the employees. John Gnarly is so far one of the best barbers in this city.

Worst experience my son has ever had in a haircut. Barber , since being informed that he had to trim a child, was in a bad attitude. This person began to make abrupt movements in my child’s head, moving it from side to side. I went to where this person and said , that if he gave instructions to the child, it was more efficient than being moved the head as he was doing, That was not a way to treat a minor. definitely, if you don’t have a passion for your work or to deal with children, evaluate other alternatives. First and last time. I don’t recommend it to anyone !!!!!!

Worst place ever!! Went to go get my two daughters hair cuts. One of my daughters just need her ends cut and the other daughter took some inches off. The lady rush through it didn’t even wash my daughters hair claimed that she didn’t have time to and then ended up charging me $40 but the sign says kids haircuts $14 and up but they still denied the price. I said fine not gonna argue cause they didn’t want to hear it so I took to hit but then when I went to check my card balance it was $48 out of my account without my authorization. This place is a rip off, don’t go there!!! I will never recommend anybody to go there nor will I ever go back!!!

They always greet you with a smile and attend to you quickly, I have taken my boys 4 times already and even when they are super busy on a Saturday, I show up with no appointment and I’m in and out within 35 to 40 minutes. That’s impressive! Great place, highly recommend!

Worst haircut my son has ever received, and tomorrow is his bday. Can’t believe I just paid $20 for that. Barber didn’t know what a high fade was or what skin tight meant. I should’ve got a hint when the barber next to him offered to do the cut for him. Save yourselves and take your sons to a real barber shop.
