Arsenio is kind and always willing to listen, I have both a barber and a friend here. He’s able to remember conversations we’ve had the first time I came into this barbershop. The prices are fair and justified. You must make an appointment before you walk in because it’s the way his shop works, mostly people who are familiar with his work. I recommend!
