It doesn’t matter who you get for your service, they will do an amazing job. Everyone is friendly. They take their time and have lots of pride in their work. I have been going to Arrowhead Nails since I was in high school and I’m 30 years old. I have never once had a bad experience at this salon. It doesn’t matter who you get for your service, they will do an amazing job. Everyone is friendly. They take their time and have lots of pride in their work. The word spa used to mean something relaxing. Now there are employees yelling across to each other the entire time I got nails done. Nickel and dime you for everything. Just move your prices up and be transparent, we all understand inflation. Overall sad that it’s not relaxing to get services done anymore and customer service seems to be out the window.
