Here’s why:Yesterday I called and spoke to the OWNER asking if she had any AVAILABILITY for doing press out on my 8 yr old daughter’s hair. She said yes and to come right in but she don’t charge kid prices and I said that’s fine I’ll bring her right in. We arrived moments later and she came up to us touching my daughter’s hair ( I had her hair up in a puff pony tail since I had just took out her braids out which I had told her) and she said OH NO I CANT, NO IM NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO THIS! I asked her what did she mean? She said NOPE I CANT DO HER TYPE OF HER AND MY ASSISTANT LEFT WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO IT all while still touching my baby hair. So I reminded her how she just told me she could do it and why would you tell me to come right up? She said I do hair but her hair isn’t treated and I can’t do this! She turned and went back setting up whatever party tables she was setting. I was a little destruct like did that just happen!? When we left out before getting to the car MY 8 yr old daughter asked WHATS WRONG WITH MY HAIR MOMMY, ITS NOT GOOD??? That killed me!! I wanted to call the owner to tell her what just happened after her UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE SELF JUST Insulted and denied my service because of the texture of my daughter’s hair and made my baby feel like she’s not normal or something. That could of ruined any child’s confidence and could affect them in the future!!
