I’ve been on an unlimited membership since April 7th 2021 at Arctic Blast Cryo. Owner Kendall Jones represents the highest level of trusted advisor for her excellent facility. Every week after aerial yoga I have a standing appointment for Whole Body Cryotherapy, followed by Normatec Recovery Compression Boots while on a Medi-Crystal Infrared bed. During that time, I receive a Cryo-Facial followed by a Poly Red Light Therapy Facial. It’s a great experience; I highly recommend Arctic Blast Cryo!

I was skeptical about cryo therapy and after one visit I am SOLD! First of all, the owner was so kind, explaining everything, and made me feel extremely comfortable that all my hesitation went away. After on one Cryosauna I felt like I new person. I deal with lower back pain every day, following the cryosauna treatment it was barely noticeable! I also had a spot treatment on my foot (heel), I had no pain that evening, the following day it was back slightly, but distinguishably less then what I had been experiencing prior to. I returned 4 days later (today) for another treatment and so far so good! If you have given any thought to trying this out, make an appointment today, you won’t be sorry!
