Positive: Quality, ValueAt arch threading salon I have had my eyebrows done by most of the lovely ladies there when I first started going there however, the one gal who does an amazing job and I go to every time I need my brows done is Meera. Not only is she very skilled but she is also consistent with the shape and thickness of my brows each time, very polite and makes the overall experience absolutely amazing. At arch threading salon I have had my eyebrows done by most of the lovely ladies there when I first started going there however, the one gal who does an amazing job and I go to every time I need my brows done is Meera. Not only is she very skilled but she is also consistent with the shape and thickness of my brows each time, very polite and makes the overall experience absolutely amazing. I will continue going to her even after I move !

Critical: QualitySo I decided to try a new eyelash extension salon because the one lady I let do mine was booked up and I needed to go to my mothers dinner party. I looked on Instagram and the work was beautiful! I went to get mine done and later on that day I had bruises under my eyes from her ripping the tape off putting it back on ripping it off again. Not only that I touched the lashes and they were extremely stiff and hard they didn’t even feel real ! NOT REAL MINK LASHES ! The lashes felt extremely TIGHT ! I never had that feeling before from getting mine done ! That same day I started to apply olive oil to them to loosen them up and to start letting some of the lashes come off ! A lot of my OWN lashes are coming out with them ! And the lashes keep getting stuck in my eyes causing irritation ! First horrible experience I had with lashes $200 wasted and probably damaged lashes ! I use olive oil twice a day so I can try to keep my own lashes on. So I decided to try a new eyelash extension salon because the one lady I let do mine was booked up and I needed to go to my mothers dinner party. I looked on Instagram and the work was beautiful! The first girl that helped me there was Rinu and she is amazing. She took care of me like any other salon I have tried in Albany. I am so happy to find this place and I have been recommending Arch Salon to my friends as well. Since the first time there the only girl I ask for is Rinu. The location is downstairs (1st floor I guess the one under BestBuy). If you go there please ask for Rinu and you will be satisfied. I have been going at Arch Salon for months now and since the first time there I was very happy with my results. The first girl that helped me there was Rinu and she is amazing. She took care of me like any other salon I have tried in Albany. I am so happy to find this place and I have been recommending Arch Salon to my friends as well. I’ve always had a bald spot on one of my eyebrows and they are the only place that have ever made both my eyebrows even and look great. I don’t like thin eyebrows and mine are still relatively thick. You can’t tell I have had a bald spot all my life on my right eyebrow. Zakia is the BEST!!
