I came to Aqua just before Christmas for a repair on a full acrylic set that I got at another salon. I just wasn’t pleased with it and should have followed my instinct to come here in the first place. My nail tech was amazing and fixed the problems and I got SO MANY compliments on my nails! I went back for a new set and shape today and I am so happy! The service is amazing! I never felt rushed and when I gave my amazing tech a couple guidelines and then told her to have fun she far surpassed what I could ever hope for. She took her time even though it was a late appointment and I had the best time! Highly recommend this amazing salon! Super clean, super professional, super amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I had the pomegranate pedicure w/ the gel polish for my toes. It was busy but I only had to wait for five minutes. The service was wonderful and the wine hit the spot. This was the first time I had been there and thought that the price included the gel polish. With the 20 percent tip it costed $80 and change. For me it was a bit pricey.

So this was my first time going to this place, I booked an appointment online, however I did accidentally book 2 separate appointments at the same time instead of just one appointment with different services. Unfortunately since this was the first time using the system I wasn’t sure how to fix it. So when I went at my scheduled time, the front desk did tell me they needed to work on my toes and nails at the same time. I said that’s perfectly fine, I’ve had that done before at other nail salons. Also, I asked for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. As someone who has gotten hundreds of gel manicures at other salons, I was expecting the same type of service. I was wrong. The nail tech only buffed my nails then went straight into polishing them. No filing of the nails or even getting rid of my dead skin around my cuticles was done. I thought okay maybe I accidentally booked the wrong service since I’ve never been here before. But I still payed $35 for a gel manicure and at other salons I’ve been too, they file my nails, soak them, and get rid of the dead skin. At least my pedicure was perfectly done. And now, 3 days later, my nails are chipping already. That shouldn’t happen with a gel manicure. Anyways, if you go here, just do your research on the services and I guess ask what to expect for a gel manicure. I’m a little disappointed as a first time client.
