I USED to love this place! I just left for the last time. My nails aren’t fully covered, the pricing is ridiculous and everything is an additional cost now. I got a mani and pedi which should of cost 50 but she decided that every tiny thing is an extra charge; cuticle cut $5, nail file $5, sparkle nail polish $5. It’s freaking ridiculous!!

This will be my new spot! Extremely clean (99 rating if I recall) and friendly service (you can tell they care about their customers). Hao (sp) did a fabulous job – great details! Cons: they only have 2 drying chairs under the fans, and didn’t provide a customary beverage. Absolutely would recommend! Better service than other larger salons.

Great staff and clean environment but they rushed through my pedicure and SNS nails. She offered to put a tip on my ringer finger and forgot.
