Critical: QualityFirst time I got my eyebrows done here. She had taken off the top corner of my eyebrow. Literally said “Uh oh” doing them. They eneded up thinner than I wanted and I swore I wouldn’t go back. Today I had no choice because the place I normally go to was closed. And my eyebrows look except I have a stupid looking red line under my eye cause she ripped my skin off. I didn’t realize until she went to wipe the wax off and it was BURNING with whatever she put on me. I went home waited for the redness to subside and in that area it never did. First time I got my eyebrows done here. She had taken off the top corner of my eyebrow. Literally said “Uh oh” doing them. They eneded up thinner than I wanted and I swore I wouldn’t go back. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFirst experience here was very inviting and relaxing, area is very sanitary and definitely gave me a better experience than ones I’ve been to previously. Good place to practice social distancing if that’s what an important factor to you. I got Janice and she was a pleasure to have attend me, she is very cautious and attentive but she also makes sure her service is best. I will definitely be going to her every-time I come here now.First experience here was very inviting and relaxing, area is very sanitary and definitely gave me a better experience than ones I’ve been to previously. First experience here was very inviting and relaxing, area is very sanitary and definitely gave me a better experience than ones I’ve been to previously. She simply open the door that was leading a new air. It was very uncomfortable sweating through my manicure. I asked the nail technician if she would ask again about the air-conditioning and she said she would, but nothing ever happened. I would go to this place in the winter time but never again in the summertime. Also they cut my cuticles Without soaking my nails first in some warm sudsy water. She simply open the door that was leading a new air. It was very uncomfortable sweating through my manicure. I asked the nail technician if she would ask again about the air-conditioning and she said she would, but nothing ever happened. Critical: QualityGot a gift card for Mother’s Day for a massage, manicure and pedicure package… went yesterday. The massage was phenomenal. The manicure was ok. The pedicure felt good while it was happening but now I have some kind of infection going on on the side of my left big toenail. It’s red, swollen, painful and I squeezed a bunch of pus out of it earlier. Got a gift card for Mother’s Day for a massage, manicure and pedicure package… went yesterday. The massage was phenomenal. The manicure was ok. The pedicure felt good while it was happening but now I have some kind of infection going on on the side of my left big toenail. It’s red, swollen, painful and I squeezed a bunch of pus out of it earlier. Hoping it clears up on its own but if I were anyone reading these reviews, I’d find a different salon for mani/pedis.
