I had Anthony. He was very kind. Everyone was. I’m going back for a pedicure. The place that I used to go to was allot more than this salon. I pray that I never run into anything like some of the other lower rated reviews. I want to stick with one place. My polish in the picture is diamond gold. I love it!!

The mans name I had is Anthony, okay well Anthony was out of the way rude. I said that there was dust on my nails he said no there isn’t. I said okay. So when he started painting I said there’s still dust he said “I TOLD YOU ALREADY THERES NOT DUST” that is after he told me gel is an extra $15 dollars. The work is terrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I tried a new nail place and I shouldn’t have. Don’t go here they are rude and they charge wayyyy more than the sign says. If you look in the pictures you can see the dust.

Very unprofessional!! They opened at 10am. I walked in at 10:18 for a pedicure and they asked me to come back at 11:30. I had no problem with that at all as I understood they were extremely busy. The lady who asked me to come back also took my phone number down as if she were going to call me. I never left the shopping center. I walked around and went to stores and made it back to the salon at 11:40-11:45. When I didn’t receive a phone call at 11:30, I waited assuming they were still not ready for me. I walked in at the above time only for a staff member (possibly the owner) to ask me “Why you come back so late?”…I explained my reasoning and he replied “Because you were late we put someone else in your spot.” I waited OVER AN HOUR for you and you couldn’t wait 10 minutes for me? The professional thing to do would’ve been to call me at 11:30, if you didn’t see me, and at least ask if I still wanted a service rendered before handing it off to someone else. Or you could have asked the lady who had just walked in to wait until after I was done being I had waited for over an hour and I was, initially, there before her. The young lady they claimed to put in my spot still wasnt in the pedicure chair which means they STILL weren’t ready. Who knows how long she waited after i left. I did not appreciate how that was handled at all. I won’t be returning and won’t recommend this place to anyone who values their personal time. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Qualitystaff is VERY nice, friendly and welcoming. no matter who does my pedicure it’s always point. they do an awesome job and are good at making sure you’re satisfied. I heard great things about this salon and was looking forward to my visit. The salon was very clean and sanitary and the pedicure was good, but I’m not returning because of sketchy pricing. Once they had my feet soaking, they gave me their pedicure menu, where the cheapest one was $50….I was a little shocked because that was significantly more than I wanted to pay. Later when I went to pay they had a small printed menu on the desk that showed a “classic pedicure” for $35, that wasn’t on the menu that was handed to me. I thought it was shady and was disappointed to have paid double what I had wanted to spend.

Today was my daughter and I first time going there today bc where we normally go caught on fire. I must say that we absolutely had a great experience. We went for pedicures and it was great. They took their time and didn’t rush and my little baby enjoyed herself as well. She actually behaved…lol. We definitely will be going back. Sony and Kempt were awesome!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in on 3/27/21 to get a Fill In/Gray Dip In Gel/Coffin Shape Over my Real Nails and they came out BEAUTIFUL ❤️ I have gone to many different businesses and not Many at all can Perfect the coffin cut where all nails are shaped the SAME !! “Anthony” took his time and you can really tell he was enjoying how beautiful they were coming out as he worked. Great attitude and chill environment. You won’t be disappointed at all. Plus, I only paid $40 for it all including the manicure cuticle cutting which is extra ANYWHERE else including the mall which has had me pay $65+ for the same fill-in and they aren’t efficient enough. Worth the money… can’t wait to go back for a pedicure!!!! I call up there and explain to them what happen and they were able to take me in. I never had a nail salon willing to help and be there for their customer the way they do. They are nice, friendly and amazing people. They will definitely make you feel comfortable and have you laughing! Definitely recommend giving them a chance. I went and got my nails done by Anthony on Saturday 02/27/2021. I got the gel dip powder and because im heavy handed some of my nails broke. I call up there and explain to them what happen and they were able to take me in. I went in today and he was able to not only fix my nails but he also was willingly to help make them stronger so they wouldnt break again. Had another great experience today. I tell ya, this place is top notch. Again, from out of time was home for the holidays so decided to step in for service. Got the powder as usual and this time decided to add in a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure with the wax and stones and I tell you it was worth every penny. Satisfied again.

I love coming here! I always ask for Sony! He is so sweet and takes his time and makes sure your comfortable the whole time. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed! They are a little pricey but it’s worth it for the service they give! They get you in a chair so your not waiting. They are just the nicest people and I recommend anybody to go there! I do recommend Sony as your nail tech.
