I’ve been getting dip on my nails for some time now and know how the process goes. One thing that I can say confidently about this establishment is that they do not know how to do dip manicures. I have naturally long nails and get dip services since it helps my nails stay long and strong. However, with my experience this past week, it was clear that my nail tech was unaware of what she was doing. I already was hesitant to get the service since I was charged almost $15 extra for having naturally long nails and with other salons that I’ve been to I’ve maybe been charged no more than 5 dollars. My nail tech managed to break three of my natural nails with the drill and put fake tips on them in order to fix her mistakes. I noticed that the fake tips were glued on crooked, and I said something, since I already was paying a pretty penny for the service. The way she did the dip was ridiculous, and it looked clumpy and way too thick. I’m typically not someone who complains about a service but for the amount of money that I was putting down on my nails, I knew I needed to say something in order for it to be fixed. I know that gel manicures and regular manicures are their stronger attributes however, I would not recommend this establishment for dip manicures since it is clear that they do not know what they are doing. Never going back again.

Called ahead and asked if they do Dazzle. It’s goes on like regular nail polish and dries very quickly. The woman said yes they do. I show up and she says to pick a color. I asked where is the Dazzle. She’s says oh we don’t do that. I said that I called and talk to you. I said I’m all set and as I walk out she says you want Gel? No. No gel

I’m giving this place 1 star only because I can’t give any less. My party of 4 called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate us for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. When we arrived they said they couldn’t take us all and only took 1 of us and the rest had to “wait a while”. When we asked how long we should expect the male at the desk was very short and said “I don’t know, you were late, you have to wait”. Mind you we were at maximum 5 mins late. When asked if he could just take 3 of us, again he told us we had to wait and fixated on the fact we were just a few minutes late. Another girl just behind us had called earlier and was told they could take her but no one took her name or put her scheduled. Finally, they took me back for a pedicure and when I noticed the technician putting on polish before setting up the spa, I asked if I was getting a pedicure. She then said the male told her they could only accommodate a color change. I asked for a price and she said she had to check upfront. I ended up paying $16 plus tip for a 5 minute service I could have done better myself. The technician was very nice but the male technician who was running the front desk was extremely rude to us and other customers. A woman next to me whispered that this is his normal demeanor. I wouldn’t recommend this place as it seems like they tell customers to come in and rush them out. They do not schedule appropriately. They also increased their prices $3 for every service. Not that they are transparent with their prices anyway. With increasing prices, I expect good and fair customer service. Stay away and schedule a place that treats their customers better.

I didn’t even get a service, they ignored me soon as I walked in. Kept cutting me off for white customers. I was ready to spend money and they treated me like I was a bother.

I went and got a gel full set and they came out amazing! This place is wonderful, they took me very quickly for a walk in and the girl I had was very nice and sweet and she did an amazing job on my nails. The color came out perfectly and I can not wait to go back for future appointments.

Visited their website to book an appointment. They never got back to me. Rating them one star for customer service. Rejection is truly a way to protect you. If they did get back to me, I would have never found a great nail salon and receive the best nail experience ever! So thank you.

I work on the other side of the plaza and I typically just go for the eyebrow wax sporadically. I’ve never had an issue and don’t usually have to wait being a walk-in customer. It’s quiet and relaxing and I’m not disappointed. Not sure about the nail services but would recommend the waxing aspect. Waxing
