Then made an appointment for 815, Was running about six minutes late called and verified that was OK, the place say open till 930. I walk in I speak to the masseuse it does not seem to understand English fully I said I was there and called in for an appointment I would like a one hour massage. She scrambles to find some words and mentions only 30 minutes was available these are things that should be communicated to customers when they call to verify information. There was another spa that would’ve taken me for an hour massage in another part of town I’m new to this area and Apple was closer with good reviews. To me this was a total waste of my time that could have been resolved with better communication especially with gas prices still being high!

Just had my first massage and she did great! I have a lot of tightness and knots in my upper back and shoulder area and the business owner was on point! There is a bit of a language barrier but she’s super friendly and kind so it’s not a huge deal to work around that.

This is the 4th time I’ve had a massage here. The massages have been professional and thorough. The masseuse doesn’t speak more than a few words of English, but does the job well. I will definitely be going back for another session. If you’re expecting a “happy ending “, you can forget about it. This place is massage only.

Absolutely fantastic massage; arguably the best one I have ever had. Very reasonably priced with plenty of additional options. My masseuse did not speak much english but she could clearly understand the language although she did not speak it. Clean environment with safety precautions for the covid-19 pandemic. I will 100% be returning.

Totally worth it! I was in Hagerstown for work and decided to get a massage to help my back after the long drive. Vicky was very accommodating, listening to what I needed and made me feel comfortable. My back felt great after, definitely recommend it!
