I came from out of town and I needed some last minute maintenance done on my hair color and extensions at the last minute. which were not done originally at this salon. I made an appointment and they convenience me with the next day appointment. I was called by my stylist Jody and asked if I would like to come in 2 hours early so she could assess my hair and a lot proper time for the procedures. The results were amazing. My color was touched up perfectly and my extensions were moved up perfect as well. The results were amazing. I can honestly say I would recommend this salon and my stylist Jody to anyone.

Edit: I had an appointment at 9am this morning for a consultation to go back to blonde. Exactly 10 minuets before my appointment, they call me telling me they are going to have to cancel due to my stylist being sick and they have no one else. This is now the second time something like this has happened. They do a great job, but these situations are very frustrating. I had already driven all the way to the salon and was waiting for the doors to open when they called me. I’m to the point where I’m just going to use a different salon because it has kind of put me off. I know things happen and people get sick but you don’t wait to call a client 10 minuets before. And I understand some things happen but the fact my stylist was sick, she shouldn’t have attempted to come to work anyways considering we are in a pandemic ya know?
