I have been very happy with my nails being custom designed by the nail artist named Lana. She’s very patient, extremely skilled and an expert in helping me create the fun designs I choose when I go for a mom/daughter day to get acrylic nails painted.

Very disappointing experience. Gel nails chipped within days and returned to the salon twice to have them fixed. No refunds allowed even though the service was not up to par. The manager, Sandy, was EXTREMELY rude to me when I went in the second time. She blamed it on the polish they used. Even reaching out to customer service got me nowhere. Will not be returning.

I have been to this nail salon once before and was given mediocre service. My daughter also has been once before and received okay service. Tonight we went for my daughter (just her not me) to get a manicure. Walked in 1 hour before closing tonight. The technician asked what we were there for. My daughter told her what kind of manicure she wanted. And the lady told us that it was 7:01 (they close at 8:00) and that they couldn’t take her tonight…that was it…they just refused to serve us. No offer to make an appointment for a future time even!

I went to Atlanta for a few days of relaxation and realized that I had a gift card for AV Spa that someone had given me for the Montgomery, Alabama location. The establishment is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from the Westin Perimeter Park. It is adjacent to a lot of great boutiques and restaurants. My Nail Tech, Cecilia, was awesome! I will definitely make plans to go back there upon future returns.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! I wanted to have a nice relaxing pampering experience with my niece before Thanksgiving. I called ahead and asked if they had kids pedicure chairs. I was told for a 4 year old, absolutely, so I booked an appointment for us. We got there and were taken to regular pedicure chairs. They just put a pillow in it for my niece. I was pretty unhappy but we pushed on. A woman walked over to me and filled up my water. When she asked what type I wanted, she visibly huffed and rolled her eyes when I didn’t want anything special. My niece sat there unattended. I asked for them to at least get her water started and I was told no, someone would come. I was halfway done with my pedicure before they started on her. The pedicures overall were mediocre. I got half effort after saying I didn’t want anything additional. My niece got a cuter experience finally, but her nails smeared by the lady while taking the toe things out and she was reluctant to fix it. Her nails all chipped instantly once they dried, as did mine. My nails weren’t shaped, the paint color was poorly applied, and the lotion smelled so terrible we had to shower it off once we got home. I had cash to tip but they wouldn’t break a 20, the Venmo QR code didn’t work, and for such a terrible experience I wasn’t leaving, going to get change, and coming back to tip. I was so unhappy and displeased with what should have been at minimum decently pleasant experience. I’ll never return here and highly advise others against it.

Love this place and the ladies who work here. They’re always on time for your appointment. They’re very nice while they’re doing your nails. They’re very efficient and talented. My nails always look great after. I highly recommend the lava pedicure that includes a hot stone massage of your legs and feet.

To anyone who plans to get acrylics- be aware that they do their acrylics SUPER thin which causes nails to easily snap off. I got a full set of acrylics done here and within four days 2 off my nails broke off. I went and got them fixed and had to pay for the repair. Within two days of the repair, two more snapped off. I’ve NEVER had this happen before. It has to be due to how thin they are. I am not rough on my nails. Today one broke from opening an envelope. An envelope! Such a waste of money, won’t be returning.

I have been using Anthony Vince for almost a year now. Each time I come, I use the same nail tech and I have always been super satisfied. Unfortunately, today was a different experience. My appointment started late, the nails aren’t as neat as they have always been, and despite showing a picture of the color I wanted and being assured that the color that was recommended would be similar, it isn’t. I hate to even have to write this. I always say that I pay good money to come to Anthony Vince, but the money I paid today unfortunately isn’t justified by the quality I received.

Very good service in a pleasant environment. The nail technician wear masks and they use disposable foot bowl liners. The prices are what you would expect at this upscale location in the Collection. The manicurist are skilled and friendly. My favorite is Brandon.

Post Covid Safe – they have taken every precaution. Patrons will be kept 6 feet apart. Manicure stations have bank teller like sneeze guards up, all of their nail artists are wearing PPE. Expect to sanitize hands at the front door, wash hands upon entering, and wearing a mask is a must. They still do a fabulous job!
