Annie’s Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi went to Annie Nails with my friend two days ago and we had an interesting visit. The staff there was nice enough, but they just did not do our nails justice. Everything about them was awful from the shape, thecolor, the design, and the acrylic itself. We both shown them pictures of what we wanted our nails to look like and we did not get that. i tried speaking up on a few occasions but she kept telling to me that it was fine and that i would like it. The nails were also extremely overpriced for such a mediocre job. They did not know what they were doing. My friends nails were $60 and mine were $57, and they did not even last 30 hours. I was okay keeping these nails bc from far away they do not look that bad, but what sent me over the edge was a one of my nails completely popping off my finger after barley having it for a little over a day. which is ridiculous never in my life have i ever had a nail fall off that quick. It really took me by surprised that my $55 dollars nails were not even able to last me two days. I now have to get them done again and spend another $60 dollars somewhere else so i have decent nails for my birthday which is in a week. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a really great experience here. I am really picky about my nails and I usually travel out of town to get them done. Michelle was really thorough and did an amazing job. Staff was really friendly and the owner made sure that I was pleased with how my nails were coming out. Had a really great experience here. I am really picky about my nails and I usually travel out of town to get them done. Michelle was really thorough and did an amazing job. Staff was really friendly and the owner made sure that I was pleased with how my nails were coming out. Really awesome atmosphere, everyone was really friendly. Will be back!

No explanation as to why.Then I was given Annie, the owner. Annie cut two my toes so badly that one was bleeding. When I complained, she said it was normal and refused to apologize. One of the two toes ended up infected – I am currently soaking it in epsom salt and using topical antibiotic but the doctor is monitoring and thinks I’ll likely have to go get it srained and go on antibiotics from it – she basically ripped off part of my nail, exposed the nail bed and allowed it to get infected.And she refused to even agree that something was wrong during this!!Avoid this place.Service: PedicureDon’tw go here!
