Anna and her team of stylists are professional and provide great services. I can go to anyone and still receive the results I’m looking for. Anna is my go to but if she’s not in, I am still taken care of. The shop is very clean and modern. The environment is fun, friendly, and family oriented. I‘ve been going here since August 2022 and I’m there every two weeks to get a wash, set, and blow dry…sometimes a semi-permanent color. I’m highly satisfied and recommend anyone try it out if you’re in the area!

This is the best Dominican salon south of Atlanta! I moved here from New York and was desperately needing a new Dominican stylist and I’m so glad I went to Anna’s. I have 4b hair and I get it colored, highlighted and blowed out and I love it every single time. I get stopped all the time by other women asking where I got my hair done and I always send them here! ❤️ Love how they treat you like family with coffee and good music. The salon is always tastefully decorated so that’s another plus I always like. 5 star service so check them out!

I’m sorry but this is by far the worst color service I ever had. I was at the salon a week ago before my trip to root touch up my greys. When discussing the colour I told the stylist that my hair is dark brown which is pretty obvious but she insisted it’s medium brown. When I was washed she wouldn’t let me look at myself in the mirror, and when I was done I had a gut feeling something is wrong so I didn’t even step close to the mirror to check it out. When I got home and saw this, I was so mad and had to wear a hat the entire trip. Lady was very sweet and she did great blow dry but this is not acceptable. It was my second time at this salon but it seems like staff has changed

Went here once, service was quick and nice. The second time, I was waiting for a long time so I left. Went for a third time and expected somewhat of a wait since it was a Saturday but after over and hour and my hair still hadn’t been washed, I started getting annoyed with the wait but decided to what a bit longer. Finally got called to go back to get my hair washed, only have sit back there for an additional 30+ minutes with no communication from the staff and I watched as 2 people who came in after me started getting their hair washed. The only hair washer there comes over to me as I’m getting ready to call my husband to update him and I told the stylist I needed just a moment. She then looks at me and says “how long do I have to wait?” She had some nerve asking me that after having me sitting there for almost 2 hours with nothing being done to my head. I ended up leaving again. I will never go to this place again.

I had natural hair since 1995. I went to get my hair done at Anna’s and my hair texture was permanently straight when they were done. It had a burned smell. When I washed it, it wouldn’t curl like it normally does and the burn smell didn’t come out until after about 6 weeks and several washes. My hair that was once long, thick, naturally curly and full, is now 6 inches long and struggling to grow back. They put chemicals/perm in their shampoos and/or conditioner. Based upon the reviews, I am not the only one this hs happened to. I thought it was just me. My healthy hair was approximately 25 inches long. Now I have to start over. Someone needs to have the people that license them to do a surprise inspection and take a sample of their products.
