I got my haircut here and the First Lady didn’t leave my hair like I wanted (it wasn’t bad just needed to be fixed a little) I went back to get it fixed by Annabelle (no charge) and walked out looking like another women my husband LOVES it too lol thank you so much Annabelle you really did a great job and know how to deal with customers great she was so sweet and patient did not rush on my hair at all ❤️❤️❤️❤️even though it was close to closing when I walked in to get it fixed

I had such a good experience here. I just got my bangs cut, I was so nervous at first because it a pretty change up for me. But Beth was so super sweet and made sure I was okay with everything before cutting. It was extremely cheap for such good service, they treated me like a good friend and made me feel at home, which is pretty rare now a days.

Customer service was great Haruko was very friendly, however, the bleach was applied to the mid and roots at the same time so my mids were brassy while my roots were white by the time the bleach came out, the color was then applied haphazardly and there are chunks of my hair that no color ever touched. The cut is very uneven in the back and she gave me a middle part to cut the front instead of parting my hair where I told her I wanted it, resulting in the front not being the same length. It was supposed to be an even dark blue and a simple a-line bob. It was a surprisingly affordable service and now I see why.

Have been using them since 2012. They’ve always had the cheapest cuts with good quality. If you’re military free shampoo wash at the end if you ask. These guys only charge $8 for a normal cut which is way better than anywhere else on or off base.

If you go to Annabel’s , make an appointment with ANNA and Anna only. I showed the other lady with short dark hair 2 times how I wanted my hair cut and even told her as cutting how I wanted it. NOTHING right! And my son’s hair cut not like I asked or him, even for the part wrong after showing her a pic and she asked! If I go back it will only be to Anna, she’s always booked for a reason. This is why I never get my hair cut because people don’t listen!

My hairstylist was Haruko and she did an amazing job! She was super friendly and inviting as soon as I walked through the door, as soon as I sat in her chair she made sure I got exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be returning for my next haircut!
