A 2.5 rated salon is going to do a 2.5 rate job, remember that. I was desperate so I came anyway because it seems there are no options in this dusty “city”. I paid $14 — which is the most I’ve ever paid for eyebrow threading and I moved here from an actual city (Atlanta) — and this is the worst eyebrow threading I’ve ever received. Of course I won’t be back and do not recommend this place. Please trust the reviews unless you don’t care what your brow shape looks like and want to be overcharged for poor service.

Really disappointed with the way they threaded my eyebrows. The lady was wearing gloves that didn’t fit her and holding the thread so far apart. It was very painful, she made my brows really thin. Such a poor job, never going back. Please train your staff! Eyebrow threading

Critical: QualityI made the mistake of getting my eyebrows threaded by a lady who is the 2nd chair counting from the cash register. In the photo you can clearly see one was made extremely thin and they are obviously uneven. I did not even look in the mirror until I got in my car another great mistake. She was unprofessional and demanding with her tone. I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows threaded by a lady who is the 2nd chair counting from the cash register. In the photo you can clearly see one was made extremely thin and they are obviously uneven. I did not even look in the mirror until I got in my car another great mistake. Horrible customer service! The older lady was so rude.I had to walk out of there. She got upset because I ask her if she could remove the makeup from by eyebrows to make sure she did them right. I will not recommend this place. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe lady working was extremely unprofessional and rude. No welcome when I entered the store. You sign up for your service and she called me to the seat. Her tone of voice when asking you to do things like sit here, head back, hold your eyebrow, she says it in a way that is demanding, rude and cold. She asked me to hold my eyebrow and I didn’t know what way she meant and she was not kind to nicely explain it to me and just had me figure it out myself and seemed upset if I was wrong. I got my eyebrows threaded and then the side of my face which really hurt and made me tear up and she was just very cold and rude, didn’t apologize for the pain or say anything reassuring, I just had had enough of her rude and unprofessional behavior that I just said to stop. I will not be coming back with that kind of cold rude service. I left in tears just disgusted by that service. Her tone of voice when asking you to do things like sit here, head back, hold your eyebrow, she says it in a way that is demanding, rude and cold. Not only was the old lady rude and unprofessional she was really rough threading my eyebrows and was to damn lazy to take off my eyebrow makeup and show me the end result. After the service, my friend paid for the dues and then before she swiped the card she wrote down the card information and then proceeded to swipe the card 3 times after it keeps declining. My friend got worried that she wrote down sensitive card information. Horrible experience and would never recommend!!!! I would give them zero stars, but unfortunately I can’t. I’ve been growing my eyebrows out for months and in 2 seconds they were gone. The old lady was in a horrible mood and I told her ahead of time I DO NOT want them thin, she nodded her head and kept going. Afterwards, I went to look in the mirror and I was instantly in tears and my poor boyfriend had to console me. She didn’t even try to apologize. I was really hoping for a different outcome (I’m the sort of person that looks for the good in everyone), but I will never be going back! They lost a customer due to their ignorance and horrible customer service skills!!
