Pedicure- nail polish left on skin and sides of nails not polished. Gel powder manicure- corners of nails left jagged. The best part of my visit was the 1 minute complimentary massage that you get after a manicure and that was done by a completely different person – Maria, she did an amazing job and she wasn’t stingy with her time!

My sister, niece and I went to get gel powder and pedi. None of our nails were even, gel powder leaked down the side and they did not clean up. They just want to rush people out, I’m truly shocked people come here, first and last time they did a horrible job! Waste of $250 not including tip.

I love the place, love the service just didn’t like how I was pretty much rushed out of there today. I made an appointment for 6. They told me please come in a bit early which I did. The service was great, good assortment of colors to choose from and friendly staff…. but come on… rushing me out as I was the last customer? …had to lift my feet so that the lady could vacuum under my recently polished toes….They close at 7:30 so why was I being rushed out at 7:09? Avoid going here after 6 or prepare to be rushed.

There should be such a thing as zero stars. The woman who did my manicure kept layering the polish over and over and it was streaking, it looked horrible. My 12 year old daughter can paint nails better than her. To make matters worse, she didn’t tell me the polish I picked was an extra $5 making my manicure a total of $17. I had been told the manicure was $12 and when I asked her what the additional $5 was she proceeded to tell me she had told me before that the polish was extra but she never did. Then she said there is a sign that states the extra charge for the polish, she looked around and didn’t find a sign so she then says she can take the polish off and repaint my nails with a regular price polish!!! WHAT!!!??

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Terrible service. Was rushed from the beginning and my pedi spent was 55$ was below horrendous. My callus are still thick due to working on my feet all day. Hot stones took less than 15 sec. Massage was harsh on my shin spints causing me to limp the next morning. Then my toe nail was cut unevenly. What’s the point in getting a pedi here? On top of that, they said they don’t do hand soaks or cleaning nails before painting them. I don’t know what nail place doesn’t clean and fix cuticles but they strongly said no. I walked out without a manicure done and managed to be charged 122$. I will never go here again and told my friends and family to avoid this place like the plague.
