Granted it was my 1st time having a manicure but it was just as I expected it to be. The finished product was gorgeous and I left happy. I feel that anyone leaving a bad review might need to step down off their high horse and evaluate whether they were actually going to have the end product (or. their nails done) or to review their experience online. Perhaps their snotty, self entitled personality doesn’t allow the idea that no one is perfect and that everyone has an off day, but my experience was spectacular and I very much appreciate the personal attention and the final product. My experience at Laquer nails was wonderful. Very professional and beautiful job. Granted it was my 1st time having a manicure but it was just as I expected it to be. The finished product was gorgeous and I left happy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueStaff here is so wonderful! I called an hour and a half before closing, asking if they were able to do my nails, to which they told me to come about 5 til 7. I showed up, but there were still customers, which was no big deal. I was greeted and told to pick out my colors while I waited. The male in the salon (I don’t remember his name) came over and offered me water and we had on and off casual conversation. He showed such wonderful support and love for his wife, who was the tech. The other clients didn’t finish until after 8, but they still took me and even took $10 off of my total price for the wait. My nails turned out awesome as well! Can’t wait to come back in the future!Staff here is so wonderful! One employee used a VERY dirty and used towel on my friend in the middle of the pandemic. No one understood or spoke enough english to be able to know what me or my friends wanted. One employee cut my friends finger and laughed about it. After my two friends got their prior sets of nails taken off, we decided we were not going to stay to get our nails done. We told the employees that we just wanted our prior sets off and that we weren’t going to put a new set on. They bothered us for 20+ minutes trying to get us to put new nails on when we clearly did not want to. One employee used a VERY dirty and used towel on my friend in the middle of the pandemic. No one understood or spoke enough english to be able to know what me or my friends wanted. One employee cut my friends finger and laughed about it. After my two friends got their prior sets of nails taken off, we decided we were not going to stay to get our nails done. We told the employees that we just wanted our prior sets off and that we weren’t going to put a new set on. They bothered us for 20+ minutes trying to get us to put new nails on when we clearly did not want to. Couldn’t have loved it more. Complimentary wine and a bar with lots of different whiskey/vodka to choose from. They kept making sure everything was to our liking and that our nails and toes had nothing wrong with them and were all super friendly. Nina did an amazing job on my SNS nails and gel toes/pedicure, and Jason did an amazing job on my cousins pedicure and did a beautiful design on her nails. Amanda the owner was absolutely amazing. Answering any questions and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!!

Not impressed with how my nails looked after my visits. I went twice, thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke…nope. They only have 2 (sometimes 3) people doing nails and they switch off, one will start the another will finish. My last visit when I left I noticed the clear top coat was all over my nails/cuticles …one nail chipped the next day. I had the SNS and theirs is $5 more than other places I’ve gone. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else

The nail technician cut my finger with scissors while trimming the tip off my nail, then repeatedly went over it with a file. They screwed my color up pretty badly!
