I am very disappointed. I heard so many great things, so I furgured I’d give them a try. After I left I noticed 3 nails were messed up at the bottom. Then less than 24 hours after having them done the color is already chipped. I would not recommend them Dip powder

My cuticles were flooded with polish, I had acrylic all over the sides, they did not have the matte topcoat that I had requested and the shaping was not well either. I was so sad with the final product…. I had heard so much good things about here and was so excited to try them for my birthday set. My cuticles were flooded with polish, I had acrylic all over the sides, they did not have the matte topcoat that I had requested and the shaping was not well either. The man that assisted me was so nice and kept a great conversation going but the end product was not at all what I hoped for… Customer service and attentiveness was great overall, but my nails just were not great.

How this place has 5 stars from anyone is beyond me. This was the longest, worst nail experience of my life. I could write a novel about things that went wrong. My nails were drilled so hard and so long that they were in SEARING pain by the time they finished, absolute worst pain I’ve ever had from getting my nails done. On top of that the end result looks mediocre at best. The finish is completely bumpy, the color isn’t what I wanted, and there are visible mistakes everywhere. But the worst part of this experience was the conversation. I’m all for conversation while getting my nails done, but this man utilized the MOST INAPPROPRIATE conversation topics I have ever experienced. I’m in absolute shock over how bad this experience was. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere.
