Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI originally went in to get the red almond set with 2 nails with a small French tip (reference picture ) They were a bit messy and the shape wasn’t even . I went back the next day and Tina was able to take me in and do an amazing job . I really appreciate her kindness and understanding. I’m beyond happy with my new nails and I can’t thank Tina enough for helping me during the busiest holiday . I originally went in to get the red almond set with 2 nails with a small French tip (reference picture ) They were a bit messy and the shape wasn’t even . I went back the next day and Tina was able to take me in and do an amazing job . I really appreciate her kindness and understanding. Critical: ProfessionalismBeen having the same nail tech for the last 2 times I think his name is “Devin” bad attitude, I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed and he had an attitude about it, I always ask for my feet to just be polished as the pedicure is basically a foot wash(rather do it on my own) attached is a picture of nails that I asked just the tip to be polished. SMH! Not to mention him always throwing my card back at me at time of payment. I have no problems with the rest of the staff but he is down right the worst nail tech I’ve ever had service me. Been having the same nail tech for the last 2 times I think his name is “Devin” bad attitude, I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed and he had an attitude about it, I always ask for my feet to just be polished as the pedicure is basically a foot wash(rather do it on my own) attached is a picture of nails that I asked just the tip to be polished. Critical: QualityI went in to get my real nails trimmed/shaped. The nail tech was VERY ROUGH while cutting & filing my nails. My nails were not filed even either. I told her and she attempted to fix it. It was still not correct and then she told me that it was because of the way my nail grows which is incorrect because my nail tech always gets it right. I went in to get my real nails trimmed/shaped. The nail tech was VERY ROUGH while cutting & filing my nails. My nails were not filed even either. I told her and she attempted to fix it. It was still not correct and then she told me that it was because of the way my nail grows which is incorrect because my nail tech always gets it right.
