Very good massage therapist. I have frozen shoulder syndrome and have extreme difficulty moving my arm in certain directions because it is extremely painful. In 1 hr she had my shoulder joint strecched considersbly and it was able to use it a 100 times better than I had in 4 months. No where near the pain and it has increases range of motion. If you are looking for someone who can loosen you up and help your be more relaxed you will want to visit this place. Their attention to detail and personal care are second to none.

The massage was great; but the customer service was HORRIBLE! The masseuse didn’t speak English and didn’t understand that I had a groupon for service. We spent 25 minutes trying to understand each other! Then the massage was nice, and then upon leaving, she expected payment, but I had already paid! There was no one there to translate and it was a terrible and stressful ordeal!!

Excellent massage, if you communicate where your problem areas are they will focus on it and have it feeling better by the time you leave. Any time I have muscle soreness from working out I visit this place and it really helps me recover. Great experience!

We got couple’s massages and my masseuse didn’t speak English and was rude! It felt like he was pressing up and down and huffing and puffing like he was tired. The female was very nice and my husband looked very relaxed and peaceful. While I on the other hand had to tell him to stop because he was hunting me. He kept saying something in a rude tone which offended me. She had to keep tellin him to shh which made me even more sure he was talking about me. After all that he asked for a tip!!!! Hell no! There was nothing relaxing about my experience but my husband was well taken care of.

We made a reservation online and showed up 10 minutes before our appointment, then waited for 20 minutes because the door was locked. When they finally came out we were told “oh we didn’t check the website, we do t check it often.” They were then seemingly shocked when I informed them we would not reschedule due to the terrible service. If you want to try them, apparently you have to call as they ignore the other methods of reservation.
