I have been going Dr. Trowers for quite a while for cosmetic treatments. What I love about her is that she focuses on being sure that what ever she does I still look natural, as if nothing was done to me, and she has succeeded. I also trust her because she won’t impose herself. She and her staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly and have make me feel confortable during the visit.

My parents have been seeing dr Trowers for about a year now and I liked her so much that now everyone in my family goes to see her , she detected carcinomas on my fathers face and luckly it was caught on time and he’s recovering from surgery now ! She is amazing , very detailed and also great with cosmetic treatments always making your skin glowy and very natural ! She’s also treated me for skin spots and after a month my dark spots from sun damage and and Age are gone ! Her staff is amazing as well and super welcoming . The girl who does the facials is out of this world ! She left my skin looking as if I was 15 years old . This is not a review of the Dr herself because we never got a chance to see her. Office operations are frankly terrible. We waited 40 minutes with a young toddler in the waiting room. After asking several times for an ETA in when we would be seen by the Dr, we were finally led to a waiting room. Waited there 20 mins. Again we asked staff how long until we would be seen. There were still two people ahead of us 50 mins after our scheduled appointment time. Our child was tired and we got up and left. No apologies from the staff whatsoever. Bad attitude by office staff – unapologetic and unsympathetic. We later learned from our group of friends that the office consistently runs extremely late and people get up and leave, especially those with young children.

The prescription that he gave me did not work. It is not working. Not only that I had a huge suspicion that I have infection of tinea versicolor. She did not give me a treatment about it, but she even told me that it is was a yeast a simple infection. She only cares about money of the follow up. I used the prescription as she prescribed twice a days during 6 days, yet it had not worked.

Great experience! Dr Trowers was a myth burster!!! She revealed to me some things that I would have never thought. It hasn’t been a week since my visit and I’m already feeling and seeing a difference in my skin. I’m excited to see the outcome of my new journey! I’ve tried many different skin care regimens and nothing has worked… at times my skin looked worse and I was convinced that it was the process (the bad before the good). But after seeing Dr Trowers and using the products that she recommended, I can honestly say that within a week I see improvement. Yes, the products were pricey but I don’t think one should put a price on quality! Thank you Dr Trowers! You and your team are phenomenal!
