Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueIt’s not my first time there, I have been there many times for haircut. Every time I take the appointment, but they never had me on time. I always had to wait for at least 30-45 min. What’s the point in taking an appointment then? At least she(seema) does haircut well, that’s why I was visiting them. But this time, she was in such a hurry with other customers, she didn’t even cut my hair properly (can be seen in the image). She didn’t do any asymmetrical chops that should be done in a layer cut. So ridiculous that they don’t treat all the customers equally polite. I think they should keep a board stating “SELECT CUSTOMERS ONLY”. Critical: QualityMy wife and I were there on June 18 , 2021. There was an older lady who simply wouldn’t listen to what my wife asked of her. She was having her eyebrows tinted and the lady didn’t leave the tint in long enough for it to take. Instead the lady put it on and 30 seconds later she wiped it off.
