With a friend the other night who was told that bc she was canceling an appt six hours before the scheduled time (she has a newborn at home and was trying to get out to have her nails done but the baby caused her to have to cancel six hours before the appt) she would have to pay for the appt. My friend thought she was prepaying for services since she had cancelled her last appt but NO, in fact, when she came in for her rescheduled appt my friend was charged again an additional $95 for her mani/pedi. My friend is so sweet and didn’t know what to do- so she paid it again. ♀️ She was so upset she left her wallet. Definitely won’t be using this salons’ services again! Taking advantage of a new mom who is too sweet to say it’s not right to take a $100 when you have provided no services and were given time to fill the spot is ridiculous and criminal!
