Visiting from GA and needed pedicure desperately. Looked up nail places and this place had good reviews and they deserve every one of them. Had a jelly soak and Long did my nails and I requested design and he put a flower design that was so beautiful! And he did wonderful job at everything else. Everyone there was courteous and friendly. I recommend this place highly for all you nail needs.

It was my first time at the establishment, when I walked in the energy of those inside already somewhat changed. The man that serviced me started off with my pedicure, and he seemed to open up but he cut my small toenails entirely too short he was just about filing my skin. He didn’t clean the dead skin from under the big toenails he just filed them. He didn’t scrub the dead skin off completely when I returned home and was able to completely examine them there was so much dead skin surrounding my toes and on the base of my foot. He then completed my fill on the acrylic set I had, he down talked the previous establishment I went to prior and he ruined the shaping stating that the prior establishment used the wrong tips, but the set was a month old so it really just needed to be refilled and filed to fix the shaping, he told me he could fix it but the shape ended up being completely indifferent to what I wanted. The polish job was uneven and has air bubbles and he also didn’t clean up my cuticles and you can blatantly see the dead skin he didn’t file off. The conversation was friendly and short.

I tried to go there to get a pedicure. It was not a pleasant experience. I am in a wheelchair but can get out of it and into the chair for the pedicure. They refused to believe that I could get out of the wheelchair. They refused to even let me get out of the wheelchair. They said it would be too hard for me to get in and out of the chair. I felt discriminated against because of the wheelchair. I was in tears when my fiance and I left out of there.

I originally go to this store for waxing, but I decided to see how the nail services were. This was my first time getting acrylics ever. I let her know that, and then I asked the nail technician how she was. She responded with what nail shape I wanted. Umm, okay? I responded with coffin, and then she said no. She then suggested I go with squoval. After my nails were painted, she told me to wait five minutes and then I could leave. Well, after I left, my nails smudged. I went back in, and she tells me she would fix it for more money. Definitely not going back, ever.
