Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve tried 3 different nail salons in the past couple months and stopped getting my nails done because I felt they rushed and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Not here! They took their time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! They were also super nice and patient with my 9 year old daughter and 3 year old niece. I’ve tried 3 different nail salons in the past couple months and stopped getting my nails done because I felt they rushed and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Not here! I take my 85 yr old sister for pedicures and they are so kind and gentle with her, even helping her to the rest rooms and waiting to help her back to her chair! These Awesome people go the extra mile EVERY time!!! My nail quality is amazing every single time, they last so long. Compared to other salons where the color fades quickly or chips easily. They are very meticulous, pay very close attention to detail. I have been to nearly every place in Little Rock to get my nails done, and Ameri nails is by far the best. My nail quality is amazing every single time, they last so long. Compared to other salons where the color fades quickly or chips easily. They are very meticulous, pay very close attention to detail. Even if they are busy, they will not rush your service and compromise the quality of your nails. Highly highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have overlooked a few things here but today it was the disregard for me, my time, and my loyalty for this place that sealed it. I’m a pretty soft spoken customer in any/every business but my loyalty alone goes a long way. I never even write reviews but today I would be amiss to not speak on this. I got a fill just the week prior and 4 nails came off. I mentioned last week when they were being filled that the same ones had given me trouble the prior time I got them done. They didn’t replace though just filed down. I would have scheduled an appointment for next week as I always do(I normally get my nails done EVERY 2 weeks here) I sat and patiently waited over an hour without even being acknowledged. I was there when they opened today. I always see other clients greeted, offered beverages and even checked on when it is taking some time for someone to be available. I have never asked for specific stylists, never caused any drama or even asked for a color change if I hated my nails. I consistently show up early for appointments, wait when there is a crowd, tip extra for whomever takes me back to the chair…..and yet I still have never even been offered a beverage, or told sorry for your wait. I hate trying new places I have to admit but I’m guessing to be appreciated for my business….it’s time. I have overlooked a few things here but today it was the disregard for me, my time, and my loyalty for this place that sealed it. I’m a pretty soft spoken customer in any/every business but my loyalty alone goes a long way. I never even write reviews but today I would be amiss to not speak on this. This past time that I came in, I asked for a pretty difficult design with dip manicure and O spent so much time ensuring it met my expectations. This past time that I came in, I asked for a pretty difficult design with dip manicure and O spent so much time ensuring it met my expectations. Sweet and hard-working employees and wonderful service!
