My daughter and I went in and asked for a manicure. My daughter got tips, we both asked for dip polish. We did not get a manicure. We did get dip polish. After 4 days my fingers still hurt and I’m using liquid bandage for all the cuts. Most painful “manicure” ever!! Never got the full manicure. There was a fee for paying with a credit card. The worst $100 I have ever spent. People were nice, service was not.

I went to the spa at midmorning. There was only 1 technician. She was finishing up one service and had 1 lady waiting. The technician asked me to come back later and suggested I make an appointment. I made an appointment with her for 3 pm. Upon my arrival she started the water for my pedicure and finished up the lady she was working on. Now it is 3:15 and she begins a pedicure on the lady sitting next to me! When I asked how long she stated maybe 15 minutes . I reminded her that at her request I made an appointment for 3 and felt it was very unprofessional to start someone else at my appointment time. Her response; sometimes appointments are off. I understand being 5 to 15 minutes but 30+. I refused to wait and refuse to return. What a horrible business practice.

I have been to this nail salon several times and have never had an issue until today. Me and my friend went and there were only 2 workers so we had to wait 30 minutes before they ever started on us. We were there for 2 hours and I got a fill in and my friend got a full set. While we were waiting we looked at the price list and the acrylic fill in said $20 and the acrylic full set was $30. I was also supposed to get 10% off by using my student ID & I didn’t. My total was $28 and my friend was charged $40. I feel like we were way overcharged. The staff was friendly but it wasn’t a very good experience overall.

Should’ve learned my lesson after the first visit where I was cut and bled for hours. Decided to give them another shot as they’re close but the second time was worse. The lady is extremely careless while cutting cuticles and even used the emery board on the skin of my big toe as she aggressively buffed my toe nail. I have a horrible scab. Literally the worst pedicure(s) I’ve had to date. This is my second time visiting for a pedicure but I will absolutely never return. Should’ve learned my lesson after the first visit where I was cut and bled for hours. Decided to give them another shot as they’re close but the second time was worse. The staff in there are so friendly and will accommodate you (I changed my mind on my nail color). My technician took her time and corrected any mistakes that she thought she made. She also apologized when she nicked my pinky and put some skin protectant on it. I also got a manicure with gel nails that cost $30; which I think is very reasonably priced based on other manicures I have received. There was also no wait because I got there at 10:30 am. Overall a great nail salon!

I will not be returning to this salon. I did not have a good experience here. I called ahead and made an appointment for a fill in and pedicure but still had to wait even though I made an appointment. I started out with the lady doing my nails but after she put the acrylic on, the man with short hair and glasses came over and started working on my nails. After he cut two of my cuticles with the drill I began to pay attention to what he was doing. When he saw that I was paying attention to him he said “ you no help me, you watch tv”. He told me to relax and proceeded to cut 2 more of my cuticles. Then during the pedicure the lady asked me if the towel that she used was too hot and I told her yes but she put it across my legs and left it anyways.
