This place is a total joke. I booked a couples massage for my 45th birthday. First they double booked and trued telling me I agreed to a later time. After an hour of texting back and forth we agreed on a 1pm appointment. They then sent another text the day of that I didn’t see immediately asking again for the tenth freaking time to confirm the appointment which was already confirmed and because I didn’t confirm immediately they canceled and gave it to someone else. The truth is they just double booked everyone and can’t own their own mistake. I’ll never give this company a dollar if my money. Thanks for the ruined birthday!
