Krystal did a fabulous job on my nails that included a simple but time consuming design. From the moment I walked in (without an appointment) to checkout, everyone was super friendly and attentive; I definitely will be back and 100% recommend this place! Edit because I forgot to mention that they didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I always get the hot wax everywhere I go but the guy who did my pedicure didn’t offer it, I didn’t get a menu to see the opinions that they offered so I didn’t bother asking. Either way, I still give it 5 stars because of Krystal.

I was excited to try this place because of all the cool nail art and reviews I had seen. The experience was ok. I felt as if though they were rushing but the communication between my techs was more verbal than most. I left not so happy with one of my nail art designs. The paint wasn’t finished drying and they rushed the process a bit. Even rushed me picking my nail color when I first got there. I’d also like to add, it’s only 3 DAYS LATER and my nails are already chipping and they left lots of nail residue under my nails. Same thing with my white pedicure. Not pleased with my first experience. Maybe will try again soon.

I love this nail salon! I’ve been coming here for about five years now and every time my experience is great. My favorite nail tech is Amy! My dip nails will last 4+ weeks and she’s always so accommodating when I want to do multiple colors. She’s great at helping me pick out colors and always bends over backwards for me. Highly recommend asking for her if she’s available.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I was offered a refreshment right away, and then seated for my services. Daynah did an outstanding set! I showed her a picture and she recreated it perfectly. I will definitely be back! Also, I got the jasmine pedicure and it was divine. The salon itself is beautiful, and the staff are all very nice. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants!

I will NOT be coming back here again. I waited anxiously for the reopening but was 100% disappointed. I avoid complaining at all costs because that’s not how I raised but I was so irritated at the results that I couldn’t keep quiet. I will say everyone was extremely courteous but unfortunately I got two nail techs who weren’t trained properly. My pedicure tech had to be told what cuticle needed to be trimmed to eliminate discomfort. A well trained pedicure cure tech knows this without the customer having to point it out. My sister’s tech was the same. It’s simple, we won’t return. I will also advise my other 2 sisters, my mother and 2 best friends that used to go here to not return. I will say, they ended up not charging me for my powder nails only after I told them I wouldn’t return. When they asked if I was satisfied I showed them my nails and asked them if they thought they were picture worthy. They said NO! They asked if they could fix but one- time is money and two- I have natural long nails and them ruining once is enough. Fixing them would damage them! Now I must wait at least two weeks to go somewhere else and get them fixed. Last, please don’t dip a customer’s entire hand in acetone to remove powder. That’s lazy and harsh on the skin! Take the time to use cotton balls and foil paper on each nail.

I come here, and I always tip very good. The guy who does my nails is amazing but the energy with other workers is a complete joke. Anytime I pay there’s extra fees added to my tab. When your a minority people are always talking about you in the shop in their native language very rude, these people are very rude and disrespectful I will not be back here ever again. You ask for one thing they try to get you something completely different. I will never go back here and I warn black women to be careful here as well. They will definitely make you feel uncomfortable for requesting Simple things. They constantly advise their technicians to do callus removal on DRY FEET with a scrapper! If you ask for product to be applied then to use the removal after …. They will scold you. Like I said I love my normal guy who does my nails but the other people they use on me are terrible and give off racist energy. I will never go back. Look at my polish ….

Came in for a full set with Jolie and she gave me the best shape I’ve ever had on my nails. They’re look so thin and natural. The staffs were really friendly, nice, keep checking up on me to see if I’m ok. The salon just got remodeled so they look really fancy inside with everything so new. Overall experience 10/10. Would definitely recommended to everyone.

The place is spotless and super nice. Tony did a great job with my nails and they actually use a real foot scraper for pedicures unlike other places who use a thin file for some reason. I came here after being disappointed several times in a row at another place where I was really loyal to. This place has good vibes and are reasonably priced for great quality.
