The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Sandy, UT, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Here’s the thing, this used to be an amazing eye lash studio when it was owned by Greg. I’ve been going there for over a year and had an amazing lash tech. Sadly Greg had to sell the studio and the new owner cuts corners in every direction. It used to be where you were able to have a classic fill in an hour and 10 minutes but the new owner rushes the techs to finish in under an hour and that’s not always enough time to properly fill your lashes. Since she took over, I was charged multiple times for things I didn’t do and she did it without saying anything to the clients. Furthermore, I had a less than stellar experience with one of the front desk ladies. Kesley was always amazing but any of the others and you’re being treated poorly. If you want your lashes to be saved from expired product and an unsatisfactory experience with multiple charges you didn’t make, then stay away and find a different studio.

Pretty nice this place.. but it’s a hit and miss with the quality depending on the lash tech’s experience .. if you get a good season tech, your lashes will lay 3-4 weeks… a newbie’s workout will barely last 1-2 weeks.. so can’t blame the whole place, but I got my lashes done here on and off for about 2 years.. and there were some good times, and some times when I just wanted to cry.. haha ehh ♀️

I have NEVER had a single problem they couldn’t fix immediately! They are so fantastic to work with in getting exactly what you want! Every single service I leave COMPLETELY satisfied!! The lash girls are absolutely phenomenal and extremely personable. I would say I have gathered some amazing “friends” over the years with these lash ladies. They all know me by name and do whatever they can to make sure I have an exceptional service. They have worked with me so many times during this COVID and I think that makes all the difference. I love how they are all super informative with any questions I have. I 10000000000000% recommend this specific amazing lash studio and their excelling customer service. This place is my comfort zone and I count down the days until my next service because I love being here! Critical: QualityExtremely disappointed in the service I got from this company. I decided to try a new place for lashes because I had heard good things and this place was literally walking distance from my house, not only did I literally have lashes fall out minutes after my service which is shown in my hand below but when I got home I had even more fall out after I went to sleep, I never touched my face, I never washed it etc. I have had lashes my entire life and never experienced this and when I called I had a terrible experience, the manager put the blame back on me, it took multiple times to get a hold of the owner and when I finally did again the blame was on me and not only did I get charged $85 but I also got charged another $45 for “volume” which I never agreed to….the owner finally agreed to refund me $45 but did that ever happen, nope. They are amazing, definitely live up to their name ! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel beautiful with all the compliments they give on your lashes. They make sure they do the best they can and if there is anything you do not like they fix it right away with no issues. The lashes last longer than any other ones I have had before as well! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else !

I went to amazing lash studio because I thought it looked like a place that would know how to do lashes very well since they focus just on lashes. I had a pretty good experience when i went in for the first time. i loved the way my lashes looked when i first got them but they only last 3 days!!! I’ve had lashes before and they would last a good 2 weeks and sometimes 3 weeks! I followed all the after care instructions and also spent another 60 dollars on products to help them “last longer”. So when i came in to cancel my membership they mentioned how they can do another fill since i will already be charged because of it taking 30 days for your account to close. I scheduled my appointment and that day no longer worked for me. I just wished i was informed when i came in to cancel my membership that there needs to be a manger present. So i had to go 3 different times to cancel my membership which is absolutely ridiculous. They should inform people when they sign up that there has to be a manger present in order for you to cancel your membership and to call in advance. So there goes $220 dollars for having lashes for 3 days!!!! So not worth the hassle! I would do some research before you commit to amazing lash.

I have never been one to worry much about something like my lashes, but this place is amazing! the shop is beautiful! the staff especially Alexis N. are amazing and helpful and friendly♡ the beautiful Lauren that does my lashes is the best, she is great at her job and always has me looking fabulous! (I recommend getting an appointment with her if possible ) if you haven’t already been here treat yourself today, they won’t disappoint!♡♡♡
