The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Pasadena, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Go here with caution!! Just sharing my experience of why I won’t be returning. You can make your own decision from there. I do not recommend at all. The techs here do not take their time to ensure that the lashes are bonded properly. I’ve had my lashes fall out within days of getting them done. On one occasion I had three to four fall out on the same day. I am very careful with my lashes. My last straw was today. My appointment today was horrible. At the last minute I was switched to a different master stylist (Vee)that had never done my lashes before. I was not informed prior to that even though my appointment was set two weeks ago. However the real issue occurred during the session. She rushed through the application. She initially did not tape my lids down properly. I think to save time. I’ve been getting my lashes done for a while now so I know when my lids are taped the right way. I can feel the difference. She also kept lifting my upper lid open to apply the lashes, allowing the fumes from the glue to cause my eyes to water. I asked if she could possibly retape them and informed her that my eyes will keep watering because she kept lifting the lid allowing fumes to irritate my eyes, out of all the times I’ve gotten my lashes done here and at other places I’ve never had them open my lid to apply…that seems dangerous and not standard practice ….I didn’t want to keep complaining out of being too nice but it was horrible!!! She was rushing through the entire thing, so much so that my lashes are not even on top of that…one eye has longer lashes at the end, two different styles..see pictures. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I had my refill lash done here on Christmas Eve. Within less than 24 hours more than half my lashes were fallen out. I went back to get it corrected two days later and now my both lashes have more than 30% fallen out. I do not recommend the quality of these lashes at all. I’m very disappointed and unhappy with the end result.

I made an appt for a refill. When I got there it was obvious that they didn’t want to stay and do the appt. Didn’t even look at my lashes but said I needed to get a full set. I told them I had spoken with someone the day before and it wasn’t mentioned. She said they had called me earlier in the day but I didn’t answer. They lied. They both wanted to get started on their Saturday night and my 6 pm appt wasn’t something they were interested in. I’m glad I came here for this review. I had no idea there were so many bad reviews. I won’t be back. I’m very disappointed in the whole experience.

I have never had my lashes done before, and I heard ALOT of good things about the Pasadena location so I decided to give it a shot! I had my first lash appointment with Vinh, and now I’m left wondering how will I ever go without lash extensions ever again! The place was very clean and well kept, and Vinh was very patient (took his time) and did an AMAZING job – My lashes have never looked better! I cannot wait to show them off to everyone I know!

Let’s begin by saying yes I understand customer service is Not easy, I been doing it for years and I’ve had my fair share of rude customers, but even when under pressure anyone who was kind to me I was always nice back. In this particular situation the eyelash artist are great, professional and clean. But the receptionist. All of them. Are rude or hung over 99% of the time, I’m a member here and I see my tech every other week. Will I recommend the tech? Yes. Would I ever recommend the receptionist team? As I laugh out loud, Never. Not even for a paid promotion. I’ve witnessed one sit on her phone and listen to the studios phone ring. Endlessly. Now don’t get me wrong, The positive comments are real. But for positive experiences where customers were satisfied with the Techs work. Not for these unprofessional receptionist, the company should do better because that’s the first thing you see when you walk in is them, no greet, no questions you basically take yourself in. Let’s begin by saying yes I understand customer service is Not easy, I been doing it for years and I’ve had my fair share of rude customers, but even when under pressure anyone who was kind to me I was always nice back. My last appointment yesterday 01/27/2022 was NOT what I expected at all. I was there way longer than expected for a refill, considering I had just been in 2 weeks ago. The reason for this was that my “master” stylist was on the phone the entire time. Kept stopping and doing something on the phone after putting one or two lashes. I did not want to make a scene or say anything while there because I had no other time this week to get a refill. If the cameras in the rooms work, they should be checked. I think it is very unprofessional to take a customers time up with personal business. Don’t get me wrong. If there was an emergency by all means, take care of it, but at that point, the proper thing to do is have someone else take over that appointment. The fact I had to pay a extra $10 but the service I received was no where near the service I have received from the regular lash stylist left me questioning if I will ever book with a “master” again.

Friendly, clean and easy to get an appointment. Disappointed in my lashes tho. Since I was a first time customer, they recommended getting the special they offer for first timers.. I was like sure why not.. they were okay, I had to get them redone after the second day and they just looked like spider legs. No volume or anything but my eyes popped at least. I wish they would of explained the styles and stuff more, I would of had no problem paying extra for a nice full thick set- spider legs don’t look good on the eyes. But you live and you learn. They only lasted 2 weeks which sucked too. Overall I give them a 3, next time if I go back and my lashes stay longer and are better I will update my review.
