DONT waste your time and money at this salon!! Definitely the most unprofessional salon I have ever been too. I came here once and was unsatisfied but this time all I needed was a take off and quick manicure so my nail beds go take a break from dip. I waited 30 mins, they have no real system of who came in and what service they would like. If you need something “simple” like just a manicure you will be treated terrible! This woman came in after me wanted a fill in and was served before me! Like what?!?! Once I finally got my nails done the lady DID NOT listen to my request to soak my nails off but RIPPED them off. She was moving so fast and did not listen to one request I had! Nail polish job terrible!! Bubbles and uneven coat of polish just terrible! Truly a waste of money !!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve given it a couple of visits and each time its been a failure. I received a spa pedicure, that was okay. Two days later all the polish came of my toes. Same day i had a dip manicure which normally last a few weeks when done correctly. 5 days later my nails cracked, chipped and began to peel. Save your money and go somewhere else.

AVOID! Wasted of time and money. I stopped in for a regular manicure and was assigned to Linda. She was rude from the start. When I told her which color I wanted she snapped at me because she had to walk to the front to get the color (I didn’t know I had to get it and bring it with me). She was rough with my hands and when I said “ouch” after she jammed the tool into my cuticle and she looked at me with annoyance like I had hurt her! The paint job was sloppy and unprofessional. She hit my nail with her finger and then snapped at me “I told you to be careful”! When the bad nail job was done she snatched my things and walked me up front. I have never had such a poor job done on my nails and I have never been treated with such rudeness! I came home and removed the hideous nail polish and redid my nails! A waste of my money and time!

I went to this nail salon about a month ago. I thought the service was nice. Yet I didn’t like that my tech put foil color on my nails. Without telling me it would be $40.00!!! I feel before you put something that cost $40 you would ask the customer first!!! Also management didn’t care that she did that and afterwards. She Hurry up and went to the back! They also must have used some unsanitized equipment. Do to my nail has been messed up every since. To the point where I might be loosing my whole nail!!! I will never go to the one on Ritchie Road in District Heights Md again!!!

Good techs are a hit or miss. They get upset and take it too personally if you say no to the tech they assign you. As a consumer, it is your right to choose who you want to do your nails, especially for the price they charge you. I have tried nearly every tech, not by choice but because of the system they have in place. I understand they want their techs to have an equal amount of clientele, but let’s be honest. Not everyone does quality work! The techs do not know how to accept polite feedback and talk about you in their language right in front of you. They upcharge you without communicating in advance. The pricing is inconsistent and varies by tech..

I’ve been here a few times and not all of my experiences were bad but one thing they are consistent with is poor scheduling, over booking and lack of communication with customers. I had a 9am appointment and I sat and waited for an hour as the lobby continued to fill with customers with 9am appointments as well. To the point where there was no more room to even stand. One by one employees came in LATE claim they don’t know how to do a particular service. Everyone was told to put there name on a list even if you had an appointment, and even then the staff was not following the list. I walked out and never got any service due to then long wait and confusion. Please do better.

I’m giving 2 stars because they’re not the worst but they’re most certainly OVERPRICED compared to other nail shops. They make up their prices as they go. When you go to the shop they’ll send you to whoever even if you have an appointment. They talk about customers in Vietnamese and it’s not ok. One visit I paid $10 for taking off my nails, the next month they charged $15. The girl in the front allows the techs to dictate prices and not customer friendly. I got a short regular set with nail take off and pedi and it cost me $130. No designs….. On the way out they have the cash apps for the techs. They have great hours, but your nails will be dependent on the tech….

Absolutely horrible!!! They rush through your service and then get mad when you ask them to fix imperfections. My dip nails should not look like I have thick acrylic. Then she didn’t clean the product from around my nail bed. I should have known better when her license said Limited Nail Technician. I wish I could upload pictures!! Poor work and poor customer service.
