Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had the worst experience in my life! I had been seeing Jennifer Kemp. Jennifer comes off as being very sweet, she seems like a nice person and in the beginning i had her undivided attention as we all want when someone does our hair. OMG Jen triple booked my appointment, she said she used a hair color I had been continuing to use for a year. Going to try and include pictures. Jen evidently did not use that same color as you will be able to see in the pictures. Jen has accumulated too many clients. The money became too important in my eyes. Rushed my hair appt. doing 2 other clients while i was there. I wanted my hair layered around the front, i hate blunt cuts! She used the Redkin 6nn but, used a 10 processor which we had never used before. My hair looks terrible! Its so dark on the top, nothing like my hair color. I am 62 years old and dating! This is the last thing i needed. My hair looking terrible! So here is what happened, i tried to tell her how i wanted it cut i wanted it cut dry! It is so short! Longer in the front. My worst nightmare! I wanted it layered as we have done before, she told me lets do this for now as she had someone else behind me. Totally unprofessional! Rushed me out the door, i did not even want her to blow dry. I texted her with pictures and letting her know how upset i am, how horrible it looked, she texted me back saying she was sorry she overbooked and she just should have said no like it was my fault i made an appt. Be aware of her! She is way over her head! All about money which unfortunately happens at some point!
