One of her esthetician report I have a Oxygen treatment, when I arrived for my appointment she reported saying I didn’t purchase an Oxygen facial treatment. She promised to look over my file and call me which she never called. LIARS! SCAMMERS! Don’t give your money to this poorly run place.Her newly hired esthetician was so poorly trained – I have to tell her not to rest her wrist on my forehead 3 times. She doesn’t understand her weight of her wrist and hand could be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Do I need to tell her how to do her job – my goodness.Don’t waste your money on this place! Don’t waste your money on this place! Carey, the manager, has poor organization and management skills. She was supposed to settle a package I purchased. One of her esthetician report I have a Oxygen treatment, when I arrived for my appointment she reported saying I didn’t purchase an Oxygen facial treatment. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been a paying customer using this business’s services for the last 4 years. I used many of their different services and have been superbly happy with everything. I decided to write this review as I was looking for some info and saw a slanderous review from someone who only went there with a gift card, and didn’t even spend any of her money there. Funny though, she is saying the service was horrible and they kept telling her to get stuff done ‘so she would be beautiful’, but it seems she kept going back- maybe she liked the torture? I find this inexplicable behavior and slander especially disturbing during this pandemic that made so many good businesses close their doors. The lack of empathy and the ease of deceitful embellishment for a petty discomfort they felt for whatever underlying reason, at the expense of a business’s good name is abhorrent, especially as they were going back over and over again (as they had a free coupon). Would you go back to a restaurant where you found a cockroach in your soup because you had a gift card? It shouldn’t be so cheap to slander businesses, especially now. I have been a paying customer using this business’s services for the last 4 years. I used many of their different services and have been superbly happy with everything. I decided to write this review as I was looking for some info and saw a slanderous review from someone who only went there with a gift card, and didn’t even spend any of her money there. First time I went in, the esthetician had the audacity to tell me I needed to get my lips done and then I’d be “so beautiful”. I felt uncomfortable at the time but didn’t say anything out of shock and wondering if maybe that’s what all esthetician’s do. Went another time to a different woman (still on the gift card) and she told me my eyebrows were “rough”. Same feelings. Not to mention, the esthetician was running late and had to cancel my appt the first time after I’d already left the house. I was in a good mood that day so rescheduled and when I went in for the reschedule the esthetician was an entire hour late then only worked with me for 30 mins while insulting my brows. Front desk was unapologetic and service is just horrible. Made me not want to get facials ever again. First time I went in, the esthetician had the audacity to tell me I needed to get my lips done and then I’d be “so beautiful”. Carrie has been able to help me completely transform for my skin. I am constantly getting compliments on my complexion and I owe it all to this fantastic facility. It seems like this is a common theme that the services are valued at $645 but in reality it’s just a scam to get people in the door to pitch products and 2. Sheila was my practitioner, I was so nervous to get my collagen pen treatment but she made sure I was comfortable and educated every step of the way.
