Been a member for well over 15 years. Within the past 3 years your hair product has gone down hill significantly, yet the price has not – I am on my 3rd replacement out of 4 and wore it one month with service this past Saturday – it looks like horse hair and losing hair with me just running my fingers through it. The replacement I wore before this was just the same and years ago what looked to be a great product has suffered – I am not sure if there is a quality control section, but what I have been spending good money on is not the product I would recommend. I have spoken to my technician Rachel and she as well can see my concern. I am in front of attorney’s, judges, defendants on any given day and time and pride myself on my appearance, but settling for horse hair that should of had hair adding after 30 days is not something to be happy about. My second replacement out of this pack of 4 needed so much hair I was getting hair added month costing me well over 1500.00 just to maintain it. I gave you one star and that is only because of my technician and the staff at Marlton.
