Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve only been to this salon a total of three times, first time I came an hour before they closed for a cut, the lady was talking to another there while doing my hair and asked for a ride. The other lady said it was fine. After that seemed like it was over rather quickly and she pushed me out the door pretty much. My husband who knows nothing about hair pointed out how choppy and crooked it was. I called next day and manager decided to fix it for “free” meaning I didn’t get a refund and my hair ended up being way shorter. Fast forward I came in two days ago, about a lil over an hour before they were supposed to close no one was at desk. We waited for a few until my brother finally just walked into actual salon part where they do the cuts saying hello, finally a blonde lady comes out and tells him to meet her at desk where I was. Asked what she can help us with. I asked for two quick trims for my boys. Her face turned real snugged and rolled her eyes while tapping her foot for a good minute. Like she was thinking or debating? Then looks at a clock? Then finally proceeded to say. “Yeah, I don’t have time to do that we’re about to close.” Then why go to desk ask what she can help with? Why not say something before walking all the way to desk. I can’t really give a real opinion on the actual hair service for this time around but I do know on customer service side was terrible and I feel unprofessional. I’ve only been to this salon a total of three times, first time I came an hour before they closed for a cut, the lady was talking to another there while doing my hair and asked for a ride.
