Went for a dip mani and milk and honey pedicure yesterday . Money well spent. The staff was friendly and everyone worked together to accommodate clients. Nina and Hanna took great care of me and the services were reasonably priced. I work with my hands and have really bad eczema flare ups, they were considerate and gentle. My nails look awesome! Still can’t believe it’s my real nail! It was the spa day I needed and the salon itself has lovely open space with screen at each station for precaution. Pedicures were done in a separate section. Will definitely be a returning customer here

Today I got my first ever pedicure and nail design. I came here with my girlfriend. At first I was reluctant to get a pedicure but after some convincing I finally gave in. The experience was relaxing and surprisingly very fun. All of the employees were funny and respectful and the environment made it easy for a “newcomer” like me to get their nails done. At the end of session I made a special request to my nail tech May. Not only did she do an amazing job but she went along with my crazy request to get a minion on my big toe. Overall the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend coming to allure and if possible getting May as your nail tech.

If I could give this salon zero stars I absolutely would. I was in about 2 months ago, and was flat out told “No” when I asked for Dip powder as opposed to acrylic. Not only this, but the set I had on previously, they did not remove (which I asked for, because I wanted dip as well as a new shape). They told me no, and cut down the already existing acrylic, and then piled different acrylic on top (this acrylic they laid down had to be soaked 4 times on top of being filed at a different salon, and burned my actual nail once removed). Not only did they tell me no to what I asked, but they cut the acrylic down to such a short length that there was only an inch of acrylic peaking over my actual finger. That wasn’t the length I asked for. When I pointed out that the shaping was also incorrect, they told me that I have to let the acrylic grow out (because my previous set was coffin) and then the next time they will do that shape. While my manicurist was doing my nails, she and another employee were flat out laughing at me, looking at my nails, speaking to each other, and had no shame in it. I was humiliated. I paid $226 for me and the woman I was with. The woman I was with did not receive anything other than a regular mani/pedi but I was charged for more, along with me being charged for services that I was told no to. I still tipped because I was raised to do so, but I left the salon in tears. I came back into the salon to get a refund, and not only was I turned away, but when I was called by “Coco”, the apparent owner, I didn’t answer. (I receive lots of spam calls, so I don’t answer unless the Caller ID is shown and known, nor do I return calls if there’s no voicemail). I just got off the phone with the salon, and was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund because I didn’t answer the phone. 5 minutes later, Coco calls. I answer, and I express to her what had happened, and she started to raise her voice, not let me speak, and after I stated that I had to get my nails soaked off 4 times, she tried cutting me off and claimed that THEY soaked off my nails!! They didn’t even put new tips on or give me a new set!! This is the most infuriating experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYBODY. Pictures will be added below.

They are… They weren’t totally filled in, they were bumpy (the acrylic and gel were not done well) the edges aren’t smooth. They cut/burned me with the drill. The false nails were too small on most nails so my actual nail poked out. On their feedback survey I was honest so they called me back. Instead of giving me a fresh set, they filed down my real nail even more, my nails are so damaged now.
