Always have a decent to good experience. It depends on the tech, but 80% of the time I get what I want and have no issues. Never had an issue with timing if I make an appointment or nail art Ive gotten. However, some techs are friendlier than others.

its honestly a really good place to do your nails, i did acrylic, it rlly does depend on what design u get and size for the price but mine were 85$ for a mid long length black frenchie with hearts. THE SERVICE is rlly good and nice i will most def go here again!! its not perfect ofc but its honestly rlly rlly REALLY good job. my nail person was vector AMAZING JOB!

I was able to get in last minute for a pedicure. Melissa did a fantastic job. She was so lovely to talk to. She was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She did a wonderful job on my toes. She paid great attention to my feet and gave me a relaxing leg/foot massage. I will definitely ask for Melissa next time.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. The workers were extremely friendly, customer service was great, however the work itself was awful. I had a gel removal then I got a basic manicure with regular polish. The polish was see through in some spots and did not look smooth at all. The lady who did my eyebrows left glue on my brow so every time I blinked my eyelash became stuck. I will not be returning.

My daughter wanted to take my 10 year old to get her nails done as a nice gesture. They were not given pricing prior to their services. My oldest was charged $65 for her nails and my 10 year old $75. I am just dumbfounded that it comes $75 for acrylic nails to be put on a 10 year old. I really feel as if my oldest daughter was taken advantage of. So I called and expressed my concerns to the owner Lisa. She was understanding about my concerns. However, she is requiring me to take my 10 year old into their business so she can look at her nails prior to making a resolution. She stated that she was going to look at her cameras and find out who the nail tech was and speak to her. She found their transaction, but still insisted for me to bring her in. I have the picture of her nails, she has their transaction, and she has it on video. I just wish they would be an honest business and make it right without me having to involve my 10 year old in the situation. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Really happy with how my nails turned out! The lines are impressively straight and the shape is well done. The only thing is she cut me on my little finger on the side and it bled. But I understand that it happens. My friend was very happy with her nails too! Will go again!

Worst experience I have ever had was at Allure Nails. First, I called to schedule an appointment for me and my friend for 5:45, I knew it was going to be late but it is no excuse for how the bad service. When I got to my appointment, that is when they wrote us down and grabbed someone before they were even able to take their break. They never intended on putting us on the schedule, and at the end of the appointment I found out that there was someone scheduled in the middle of our appointment, which is why we were rushed and had terrible service. That appointment was waiting on us from the beginning and got pushed back, but not once was any of this communicated to us. After this, we never get to choose our color, instead we are rushed to sit down, which luckily thanks to Emma, we sit beside each other. There was a lady sitting at the end of the table who was in the middle of her appointment, mind you she was there before us. The two “nail techs” who took care of us were rushing the entire process, burned our fingers, were rough with them, didn’t get either of our shapes right, literally nothing about our service was good. Emma and I wanted the same color design, the only difference was she wanted an almond shape and I wanted a square shape, yet they managed to mess up BOTH of our shapes. Before they applied color, they asked us if we wanted gel or regular polish, we both had asked for regular polish because it was cheaper. After we washed our hands and they separated us because they gave us both gel polish, even though we never asked for it, and they intentionally charged her MORE and me LESS. Because Emma was being charged more, she chose one color for her entire set and I stuck with the original plan, an array of color. A simple array of color is all that was asked and they couldn’t even get that right. One of my nails are PURPLE, which does not go with the brown color scheme but no matter how many times I told my “nail tech” that it didn’t look right, it was just the “lighting” making it look different. Then, Emma’s nail tech had her AIR DRY her nails while i had mine cured. She was told her nails should take 10-15 min to dry, but instead when we left they were all messed and they were not dry at all. It took them 3 and a half HOURS to dry. We walked out of there BEFORE the lady who was there before us. She was getting long nails, with a different shape, design and colors. Now, we are two days in and my nails are chipping, there is paint all of over my finger, and noticed that none of the acrylic is smooth nor are they straight. Emma repainted her nails and reshaped them. Her nails were not $50 worth and mine were not $45 worth. They refused to do anything to help us with our nails. I hope that no other customer has to have this bad of an experience. We will never be coming back.
