The establishment is gorgeous and very clean on the inside. Once I walked in, I was promptly greeted and asked what I would like. They offer nail services, facials, waxing, and spa treatments. They also have massage chairs to sit in while you wait. I was a walk in and they were still able to see me immediately. They offer complimentary wine, water, soda, and juice. They did an excellent job with the services I went in for. Overall, I loved the atmosphere of Allura Nail Bar and will be back!

The moment I walked into the salon I was greeted a warm welcome. The ambiance is everything. The customer service was something I never experienced at a nail salon. I had the pleasure of having John as my nail tech – very friendly, set expectation and provided excellent service. I noticed the remaining of the staff had the same kindness with their clients. Allura Nail Bar is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. I moved from Boston back in October, and I have been in shambles trying to find a good nail salon that does great nails but one that also does designs. My mom told me about Janet, and I decided to try her out. I’m in love and I will definitely be back. I do recommend this salon to anyone who wants to try a new salon. The customer service is amazing, the vibe is chill and relaxing with some super cool music!

Friendly service for the most part as the first tech I sat down with with long braids was very welcoming. I did have several issues with my visit. I initially asked for ombre nails with an accent nail that had pink, white and gold marbling based on a picture I showed her. She had no problem getting a new set as I had nails from another salon. I was told it was fine and could be done with a fill in. The tech did a beautiful job on the fill in and changing the shape from oval to coffin. Once she was to do the ombre she was not seeing the results she wanted and who I believe is the store owner said that she could not do that and cut all the nails off and I had to have a new set done. About an hour had passed at this point.

Truly sub-par. It looks like my nails have been on for 3 weeks, I just got them done a week ago. The jewels fall off very easily due to rushed application. Not to mention the gold jewels turned BLACK in less than a day. I already came in to get them fixed once in less than a week. For this set to be 90, it feels like a waste of money to me. I will not be getting my nails done here again. In short, this set is inadequate for the price.

I look for cleanliness and good atmosphere when I go to a nail salon and this one passes the test. I love that they offered drinks with my pedicure. My pedicure was great by the way! I would definitely recommend that. The structure of my nails was really nice but the woman who did my nails didn’t know how to do designs so I had to wait for someone else which made my nail experience about 3 hrs. I didn’t like that. Otherwise, it was a great place to go.
