I went to this salon to get my hair highlighted and Shantel completed destroyed my hair. I had showed her photos of what I wanted and she said that she could do it. Biggest mistake ever! She styled my hair after coloring it so I did not notice any of it until I got home and I took pictures and told her my concerns. She told me that foil marks, and unevenness will go away within a week. My hair is fried! After a few more days passed I had to go elsewhere and spend more money to get it fixed. I sent her an email expressing my concerns and included pictures. She never replied. I work hard for my money and what she did cost me $160 not to mention what I paid to get it fixed else where. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Amazing place and staff. I’ve gone to Laurie and Ashton for years now and I’ve never had a bad haircut, but the entire staff and perfectly welcoming and great. The place is always tidy and cozy.

Ive been twice. First time, the shampoo chair was too low, I have neck and back issues so this hurt. The stylist took her time, the cut was great. She dried and styled it. Thats why I went back. Second time, same stylist, washed my hair before, got the feeling she didnt like that. Cut is so short there is no fixing it. Barely got it dry and all for the same price. Tooo much for what I got.
