Very friendly. However I am someone who wants to clarify prices ahead of time bc I always feel like I get screwed or get things tacked on at the end. I asked for caramel highlights at the beginning and was quoted $65….next thing I know I am in the shop for 5.5 hours and paying double. Last place I got Carmel highlights at it cost $70 with a haircut and took less than 2 hours.
