DMH Aesthetics

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI purchased the DMH Aesthetics Light Shield back in December last year. I love the product and it has been part of my daily routine since it arrived. However, the arm of the shield has broken. I had noticed, that bits of the plastic arm had started to chip away where the hinge is and as a result the whole arm broke off the hinge. Two weeks later one of the nose pieces broke off as well. I care for this light shield immensely, so the fact that it has broken is surprising and quite devastating. I have contacted DMH Aesthetics on two seperate occasions but have not had a response (and the first email was sent weeks ago; end of May). I purchased the DMH Aesthetics Light Shield back in December last year. I love the product and it has been part of my daily routine since it arrived. However, the arm of the shield has broken. I had noticed, that bits of the plastic arm had started to chip away where the hinge is and as a result the whole arm broke off the hinge. Two weeks later one of the nose pieces broke off as well. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLisa and Oscar are amazing!! I’m so glad I found DMH and highly recommend them to all my friends. Oscar is always super kind, helpful and extremely responsive; and Lisa is the best! If you go here, definitely see Lisa.. or not because I still need to be able to book with her 🙂 But really, the first time I met her, it felt like we knew each other for years; and I know I’m not alone as I hear her with so many others who feel the same. She makes you super comfortable throughout the whole procedure and never misses a beat. I call her Wonder Woman lol.Not gonna lie, I come here to see Lisa and Oscar as much as I come for the treatments- they’re that good and you can’t beat their specials. I purchased 4 areas of cool sculpting after a consultation with the Nurse that had 10 years of experience. After I purchased she quit. So they had to cancel my 1st appointment the day before. THERE WAS NO ONE TO DO COOL SCULPTING CAUSE NO ONE WAS TRAINED! So I had to wait till some Nurse got trained. Wait… am I a guinea pig? So weeks later… I got a appointment. And the 2nd and 3rd time I had to call the day of and confirm I had a appointment – and they said they had to cancel. If I the customer did that 3 times they wouldn’t even take my appointments anymore. They would just take my money for wasting time. I was patient with DMH even tho they wasted my time and I kindly asked for a refund. STILL NO RESPONSE.
