Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWorst experience I’ve ever had. She was 45 minutes late and did not install my lace front wig in properly. I did not say anything rude about the installation to be nice but instead left and decided to let someone else re install it for me. That’s when I saw that Fatima completely cut the ENTIRE pace from my wig. The wig is now useless. I texted her explain that the wig is damaged and requested a refund so I can replace the wig and she never responded to me. I honestly would’ve been fine with her simply apologizing and offering to do something else to my hair. Terrible experience!
