Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI went in asking if someone could help me with my extensions and lashes. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the lady was not there and when she finally showed up she started with another person and started to cut his hair. When she looked at my extensions and I told her want I wanted she told me to come back the next day . Which I did . When on arriving on my appointment time she needed more time . I decided to go somewhere else due to the bad experience that I had . When receiving my extensions back it looked really bad . As if they were used and really bad tangled. And when questioned about the lashes she didn’t have time. would not recommend this place to anyone . She over books appointments. Advice to this salon . Is ask questions to make sure you can do what the customer is asking , don’t over book . If you can’t tell the customers you can’t and move on .
