Julie did my eyelashes 2 days ago and instructed me that if they do not last to come back because they usually last 2-3 weeks. So I called this morning to inform her that I need them fixed because they had come off and she instructed me again to come to the shop and she will fix. I went in with one eyelash in my hand and the other one partially removed, mind you these was individual lashes but so much glue were applied when installed that they came off as strips. So she immediately scold me in front of my daughter and other customers. Very unprofessional and she was throwing tweezers and handling me rough because I stated to her that the glue was burning really badly so she yelled it’s suppose to burn. I waited patiently until she finished and stated to her that I will not be back because of her attitude. So her sister stop doing the lashes she was doing on another person and stated to me, “ if you don’t want to come back, don’t come back”. I looked at her and said, I won’t . Thank you for your unprofessionalism Julie, I guess I was the wrong color.

The pedicure was terrible, did not remove the dead skin like intended. It was a rush job, the whole nail job was rushed. Think I was there a total of maybe 20min for a pedicure and overlay well(which is what I wanted but ending up getting a botched acrylic set) smh the acrylic set is terrible as well. You can see the separation under the nail where my nail and the fake nail are. I suppose to have square straight nails but they are all slanted and so sharp on the corners and they are NOT even with the other hand. I do not recommend this hole in the wall. Look at my nails smh. Even tried to make me hold my own leg up for the pedicure. I’m trying to relax.

Ive searched high and low for a consistent nail salon near me, I’ve finally found the place and find no issue driving 40 minuets away to visit here. A co worker recommended this salon to me and I’m so glad she did. The technicians are kind and up for anything, I’ve even brought along my mother and she loves this place just as much, I almost want to keep it a secret from everyone else, but they deserve your business! First time visiting this place. African American Male I had Pedicure done. Completely dissatisfied. The tech left me in the d… chair and totally forgot she was working with me. Very hostile attitudes with the tone and delivery of chestizing their customers. Absolutely horrible customer service. One lady came in to get her nails done, the tech ask her to remove her own old nails. They were completely overbooked. The lil guy in their with his lil sweet acting a… totally was disrespectful, to the point of me having to shut him down about his attitude. NEVER again.

This use to be my goto shop when I lived in Millbrook. Visited Tuesday.. Horrible service..my nails were done so bad that I had no choice but to return today to have two repaired. Judy was not only rude to me but also the customer before me. She then charged me $10 to repair the two nails done only 4 days prior (gel nails). I did not care about that becuz I always tip $10 or more for nail service…however.. the service I received was so rude that it stunned me. I was planning on inviting my eight coworkers for a pedi/mani here but not to this place!! The level of disrespect was so beneath any customer service standard I have ever experienced in a nailshop. I can definitely say that this was the last visit to this shop for me

I got my lashes done at this place today for the 1st time I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 10 so I know how it should be this juiala lady put super glue on my lashes and when I called to ask she stated she didn’t clearly it’s super glue this place is horrible I would never recommend this place for anyone
