Don’t be fooled by the exterior of this place, it is very clean and professional inside. I was put off a little by how it looked with the shop next door being vacant and the shutters to Aimi Nails pulled down. The owner and employees were running late so the place was closed. They did arrive after a few minutes and I was very happy with my gel manicure. I had the young man, he was great and did exactly what I wanted. I liked my pedicure as well as my upper lip wax. They were even sensitive to my time restrictions. I am from out of town, Fairfield, CT, and went to the place site unseen. Once I got inside I was pleasantly surprised.

Today I was completely rushed with two of my fingers profusely bleeding throughout the whole manicure because of how far she cut my cuticles. She was extremely rude the whole time and never apologized. The polish is blotchy because she did not allow it enough time to dry. Tried explaining to the owner they did give me a discount but no apology. Then as I went to pay she snatched my card out of my hand. So upset with my latest experience here. I’ve been here many times without an issue, always tipped well, and told friends and family to go to this location. Today I was completely rushed with two of my fingers profusely bleeding throughout the whole manicure because of how far she cut my cuticles.
