Justin is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Not only was he such an expert and great at his technique, but we had great conversation throughout the massage. He taught me things about my issues I hadn’t heard before and he even shared stretching/massage techniques I can try on myself. He was so friendly and I felt comfortable throughout. I’ll plan to return everytime I’m in sparks!

Will not be coming back. My masseuse showed up 10-15 minutes late. She didn’t listen at all when I told her the areas I wanted to focus on because that’s why I came in. She spent the whole time talking and became a little confrontational on some touchy subjects that I didn’t feel needed to be discussed (super unprofessional). And at one point she was doing this hip pressure thing and was literally pushing me off of the table. I had to grasp the edges just to avoid falling off because she pushed so hard. The whole massage was very painful and rough. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Felt like a waste of money and now I’m going to be in even more pain for work tomorrow.

I barely do things for myself so my husband picked up a 2 hr massage package certificate so I can relax. I was looking forward to a nice quiet massage package to get rid of stress and anxiety I was experiencing. I arrived and filled out the paperwork asking for communication as needed and the massage therapist talked the entire time and left the room in the middle of my massage to get something and started late still getting things ready after my appointment started. She was complaining multiple times of being out of it because she had a long night etc..I didn’t receive my entire 2hr experience and was not able to relax and distress because there was talking the whole time. Very disappointed and wish my husband’s thoughtful gift resulted in a better experience. I also thought about getting a membership but after that experience I would not want to spend money if I can’t relax.

I’m actually really surprised at how great the reviews are and very disappointed since this is why I picked this place. I showed up for my appointment 15 min early, 12:45 as asked to fill out paperwork. The woman who ended up being my therapist walked into the building at 1:05. Didn’t come back up to get me until 1:10 and didn’t actually start my massage until close to 1:20. Mind you I was paying for a full hour massage. I made a point of writing talking only as needed to try to get some peace and quiet after a long 6 months of being pregnant and stressed. She apparently decided to ignore this and talked through the entire massage. She talked so much about her family and things I didn’t care to hear about. On top of this, every time she would talk she would pull her hands back and stop massaging me. I have a really hard time being confrontational or rude so I didn’t say anything at the time but my hour scheduled massage was truly only about 20 min in total massage time and the least bit relaxing. I was so disappointed and just wanted to relax. I won’t be going back and am jealous I didn’t get one of the other therapists that everyone raved about. Don’t get a prenatal here.
