I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an ILP laser treatment and I sent them a confirmation email and a text message two days prior to my appointment, making sure if I was going to get the treatment on the same day (which they said I was). However, after I arrived to the office, (1 hour and 30 min away from my house) for an unspecified reason the aesthetician denied me the treatment. I was wondering why they had me drive all the way down there for nothing then I remembered that during a questionnaire, the receptionist had asked me if I was “vaccinated for Covid-19” and my answer was “no, I am not” Then, I realized that, that was probably the issue. Sad to see that now they are discriminating against non vaccinated people.

Scheduled my complimentary Botox when I came for my 1 year check up and had no issues. To my surprise as I am waiting in the room they tell me the complimentary treatment had expired. Had contact with them 3 times from the time of setting up the appointment to the date of the appointment and at no point did they mention anything about the possibility of that happening. Waist of my time and gas.

I loved this place! It is beautiful clean and the injectors are amazing. I got my filler and Botox done here as well as laser hair removal! I already have an appointment for PRP and so excited to go back!! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.
